4-Aminoquinoline-3-carbonitrile
CAS :4-Aminoquinoline-3-carbonitrile is a butyronitrile derivative that is synthesized by reacting xylene with an amine. It has been shown to be active against chronic myeloid leukemia, lymphocytic leukemia, and chronic myeloid leukemia cells in vitro. The activity of 4-aminoquinoline-3-carbonitrile against these cancers may be due to its ability to inhibit the phosphotidylinositol 3 kinase and mammalian target of rapamycin signaling pathways. This drug also inhibits the activity of tyrosine protein kinases, including c-KIT, PDGFRA, and FGFR1. The most common side effect of 4-aminoquinoline-3-carbonitrile is a decrease in white blood cell count (neutropenia).Formule :C10H7N3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :169.18 g/mol
