CAS :
ML367 is a reactive, cytotoxic molecule that is used in the treatment of cancer. It preferentially stabilizes damaged DNA molecules and prevents their repair. ML367 has also been shown to have damaging effects on cells, including carboxy-terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (CTD) activity, hydroxy group formation, and adenosine diphosphate ribose (ADP-ribose) hydrolysis. This chemical can be applied to cells in aqueous solution or as a solubilized form for the purpose of disrupting cellular adhesion and/or cell-cell interactions.
Formule :C19H12F2N4Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :334.32 g/mol
