CAS :Cyclopropylboronic acid is a dicyclopropylamine hydrochloride and belongs to the class of amines. It is used as an intermediate in the synthesis of cyclopropyl boronic esters, which are used for the Suzuki coupling reaction. Cyclopropylboronic acid has been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties that are similar to those of other amines, with a relatively high metabolic stability. In addition, it has been found to be toxicologically safe in animals and humans. The compound also has growth factor-like activities on epidermal cells and can be used as a substitute for hepg2 cell culture studies.
