ML148
CAS :
ML148 is a small molecule that inhibits the activity of wild-type and drug resistant HIV. It binds to the virus's gp41 protein, preventing it from binding to the host cell's CD4 receptor. The gp41 protein is an integral membrane protein that spans both the viral and the host cell membranes. ML148 also prevents HIV from entering and infecting cells by blocking its ability to bind to CD4 receptors on T-cells. ML148 has shown potent inhibition against prostate cancer cells in vitro and may be a potential treatment for this type of cancer.
Formule :C20H21N3ODegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :319.4 g/molML-148
