3-Methylnordiazepam
CAS :
3-Methylnordiazepam (RO-5-2751) is a benzodiazepine compound that exhibits anticonvulsant effects in mice.
Formule :C16H13ClN2OCouleur et forme :SolidMasse moléculaire :284.747-Chloro-3-methyl-5-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one
CAS :Produit contrôlé
7-Chloro-3-methyl-5-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,4-benzodiazepin-2-one is a metabolite of diazepam. It is formed by the oxidation of the 7 position of diazepam's phenyl ring to form a benzoquinone. This metabolite can be detected in animal tissues and urine following administration of diazepam. 7CMBZO has been found to have pharmacological properties similar to those of benzodiazepines such as diazepam, but it is less potent than its parent compound. One study found that 7CMBZO was not detectable in human liver microsomes or human liver tissue following administration of an oral dose of 1 mg/kg body weight. The metabolism pathway for this drug is not well understood, but one study suggests that the formation of 7CMBZO may be due to the oxidation of diazepam
Formule :C16H13ClN2ODegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :284.74 g/mol
