Mc-doxhzn hydrochloride
CAS :Mc-doxhzn hydrochloride is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and inhibits its signaling. It is used in the treatment of cancer, especially of tissue sarcoma. Mc-doxhzn hydrochloride has been shown to be an effective therapy for chordoma, a type of cancerous tumor, when combined with ifosfamide. This drug's affinity for EGFR may also be therapeutic for other types of cancers that over-express this receptor. Mc-doxhzn hydrochloride can bind to the cell surface receptor CD20 on B cells and inhibit their proliferation by triggering apoptosis or programmed cell death.Formule :C37H42N4O13•HClDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Couleur et forme :PowderMasse moléculaire :787.21 g/molMC-DOXHZN hydrochloride
