    CAS :

    MMP-9-IN-1 is an amino-substituted organofluorine compound that inhibits MMP-9 activity. It is a potent inhibitor of gelatinase and sulfide, and has antineoplastic properties. MMP-9-IN-1 also has a carboxy group that can form a carboxamide with a pyrimidone. This type of condensation reaction is reversible and the product can be hydrolyzed by esterases to generate the original compounds. MMP-9-IN-1 may be used as an antineoplastic agent for the treatment of tumors and cancer.
