Palmitate de chloramphénicol est un dérivé ester du chloramphénicol, un antibiotique à large spectre. Il est principalement utilisé dans le traitement des infections bactériennes, en particulier en médecine pédiatrique en raison de sa forme de palmitate, qui améliore sa solubilité et son absorption dans le tractus gastro-intestinal.
