(S)-N1-((1H-Benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methyl)-N1-(5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinolin-8-yl)butane-1,4-diamine is an activated molecule that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. This molecule is a monoclonal antibody that binds to CCR5 and blocks HIV from entering the cell. In addition, this drug has shown activity against hepatitis B and chemokines.
