Description :
Acide 1,4-pipérazinediéthanesulfonique, communément appelé PIPES, est un agent tampon largement utilisé dans la recherche biologique et biochimique. C'est un composé zwitterionique, ce qui signifie qu'il contient à la fois des charges positives et négatives, ce qui lui permet de maintenir un pH stable en solution.
