1,2-Dipalmitoyl-sn-glycéro-3-phosphocholine (DPPC) est un phospholipide couramment utilisé en biochimie et en biophysique, en particulier dans les études impliquant des membranes cellulaires et des liposomes. Il est caractérisé par ses deux chaînes d'acide palmitique, qui sont des acides gras saturés, contribuant à sa stabilité structurelle et à sa rigidité à des températures physiologiques.
