CAS :4-(Pyridin-2-yl)butanoic acid hydrochloride (4-APB) is a potent inhibitor of ion channels, including the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor and the NMDA receptor. 4-APB is a ligand for the GABA receptors and benzodiazepine sites on GABA A receptors.
