CAS :2,2-Diethoxyethylamine is a receptor antagonist that acts by binding to the toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and inhibiting signaling pathways. TLR4 is a protein found on cells of the immune system. 2,2-Diethoxyethylamine binds to TLR4 and blocks the activation of downstream signaling pathways, leading to inhibition of inflammation. This drug has been shown to be safe for use in humans and animals at doses up to 10 mg/kg. It is also chemically stable, with no evidence of reactivity with other drugs or chemicals. 2,2-Diethoxyethylamine targets enzymes including dopamine β-hydroxylase and fatty acid synthase, which are responsible for the production of dopamine and fatty acids respectively.
