Description :
Dicoumarol est un composé chimique qui appartient à la classe des anticoagulants, spécifiquement un dérivé de la coumarine. Il se caractérise par sa capacité à inhiber la vitamine K époxyde réductase, qui est cruciale pour la synthèse de certains facteurs de coagulation dans le foie. Cette inhibition entraîne une diminution des niveaux de vitamine K active, réduisant ainsi la coagulation sanguine.
