CAS :2-Amino-5-bromo-3-nitropyridine is a polymer film that is used as an electron acceptor in the electron transfer chain. 2-Amino-5-bromo-3-nitropyridine is toxic to cells and has been shown to inhibit population growth, both in vitro and in vivo. This drug has been shown to be effective against protozoa parasites such as Trypanosoma brucei, Plasmodium falciparum, and Leishmania donovani. 2-Amino-5-bromo-3-nitropyridine also inhibits the activity of uv irradiation on DNA. It has been found to be a good descriptor for diagnosis of some diseases such as diabetes mellitus type II and Parkinson's disease using statistical analysis of outliers.
