H-Arg-AMC hydrochloride is a denaturing agent that is used to prevent the proteolytic degradation of proteins in muscle and other tissues. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of lipase, myofibrillar, and endoplasmic enzymes. H-Arg-AMC hydrochloride also has cancer preventive effects by inhibiting the growth of tumor cells. H-Arg-AMC hydrochloride has been shown to have high values in notochord markers, supplementing cytosolic markers, and endogenous markers.
