Phortress
CAS :
Phortress is a drug that is used to treat colorectal carcinoma. It is a transcription-polymerase chain inhibitor that binds to the mRNA of transcription factors, thereby inhibiting the production of proteins required for cancer cell growth and proliferation. Its binding activity has been shown in both in vitro and in vivo studies with colorectal carcinoma cells. Phortress has also been shown to inhibit tumor growth by preventing angiogenesis. This drug blocks the activation of angiogenic factors such as vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF). The anticancer effects of Phortress are mediated through its interaction with adenosine receptors, which may be involved in tumor suppression.
Formule :C20H23FN4OSDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :386.5 g/molPhortress free base
