Description :

(-)-BINAP, ou 2,2'-bis(diphénylphosphine)-1,1'-binaphtyle, est un ligand bidenté chiral largement utilisé en catalyse asymétrique. Il présente une structure de binaphtyle, qui fournit une structure rigide améliorant sa capacité à se coordonner avec des centres métalliques, en particulier des métaux de transition comme le palladium et le rhodium.
