CAS :
Quin C1 is a drug that blocks the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the body. TNF-α is a proinflammatory cytokine that is involved in regulating immune responses to infection, cancer and other diseases. Quin C1 binds to TNF-α and prevents it from binding to its receptors. This prevents the activation of inflammatory pathways, which reduces or eliminates inflammation. Quin C1 is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have immunomodulatory effects in animal models of asthma and leukemia. Quin C1 has also been shown to inhibit neutrophil migration and chemotaxis through the inhibition of chemokine production. It has also been shown to be active against basophilic leukemia cell lines, which are resistant to most other drugs. The fluorescent microscopy technique was used in these experiments because quin C1 fluoresces green under ultraviolet light when bound to TNF-α
Formule :C26H27N3O4Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :445.5 g/mol
