Tétrabromobisphénol A (TBBPA) est un retardateur de flamme bromé couramment utilisé dans diverses applications, en particulier dans la production de résines époxy et de circuits imprimés. Il se caractérise par sa structure chimique, qui consiste en deux groupes phénoliques reliés par un pont de carbone, avec quatre atomes de brome substitués sur les cycles aromatiques.
