cFMS-IN-2
CAS :
cFMS-IN-2 is a colony-stimulating factor that inhibits the proliferation of cells. It binds to the receptor for the colony-stimulating factor, which is found on certain types of cells, such as leukocytes. cFMS-IN-2 can be used to inhibit cell proliferation in infectious diseases and cancer, as well as in emetogenic chemotherapy. cFMS-IN-2 has been shown to bind to cells that express the mutant form of Flt3 protein, which has been implicated in some types of leukemia. cFMS-IN-2 also inhibits filament formation by binding to the antimicrobial agents nitrofurantoin and gentamicin. The filament is formed by bacterial DNA that has been released into the medium during cell lysis. Filaments are thought to be an important component of bacterial virulence and may contribute to antibiotic resistance.
Formule :C19H21N3O3Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :339.39 g/molc-Fms-IN-2
