CAS :
9-(b-D-arabinofuranosyl)-N6-benzoyladenine is a novel nucleoside analogue that has been shown to be an effective anticancer agent. It is structurally related to the natural nucleosides adenosine and guanosine, but with the addition of a benzoyl group on the 9 position. This compound is also active against HIV, influenza A virus and herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV1). It can be used as an antiviral agent in cancer therapy due to its ability to inhibit viral replication. 9-(b-D-arabinofuranosyl)-N6-benzoyladenine inhibits the growth of tumor cells by inhibiting DNA synthesis and RNA transcription. It also binds to DNA, thereby preventing DNA synthesis and RNA transcription.
Formule :C17H17N5O5Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :371.35 g/mol
