Methyl 2-amino-4-phenylbenzoate
CAS :
Methyl 2-amino-4-phenylbenzoate is a linker that is used as a building block for the synthesis of many compounds. It has been shown to inhibit bacterial rna transcription and bacterial cell growth in culture. Methyl 2-amino-4-phenylbenzoate binds to the enzyme RNA polymerase, preventing it from binding to DNA. This inhibition blocks the extension of the RNA strand.
Methyl 2-amino-4-phenylbenzoate also inhibits bacterial growth by interfering with bacterial protein synthesis.
Formule :C14H13NO2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :227.26 g/mol
