Elk1, gst tagged human
CAS :Elk1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ELK1 gene. Elk1 is a member of the ETS family of transcription factors. It is involved in the regulation of cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and cellular differentiation. It has been shown to interact with proteins such as ion channels and ATPases, and can regulate their activity. This antibody was raised against human Elk1 protein and can be used as a research tool for studying the role of Elk1 in various biological processes. Antibodies are also used for identifying receptors or ligands for these proteins, as well as for identifying activators or inhibitors of these proteins. This antibody recognizes peptides with an amino acid sequence containing either EELKLSSV (amino acids 1-8) or EELKLSSVQ (amino acids 9-16).Degré de pureté :Min. 95%
