CAS :Produit contrôlé
Amisulpride is a neuroleptic drug with antipsychotic properties. It has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in animal models of inflammatory bowel disease, and also to alleviate symptoms of bowel disease. Amisulpride is thought to exert its effects by binding to the CB2 cannabinoid receptor, which is found on immune cells. Amisulpride has also been shown to reduce locomotor activity in mice, indicating that it may inhibit dopamine receptors. The mechanism of this inhibition is still unknown, but it may be due to an effect on endogenous substances such as stem cells and hydrochloric acid.
Formule :C17H28ClN3O4SDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :405.9 g/mol
