ARL-17477 dihydrochloride hydrate
CAS :Formule :C20H20ClN3S·2HCl·xH2OMasse moléculaire :442.83 (anhydrous)ARL 17477 Dihydrochloride
CAS :Produit contrôléARL 17477 is a potent and selective pharmacological inhibitor of guanylate cyclase (GC) that was developed for use in animal research. It inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and has been shown to decrease the incidence of spontaneous tumors in animals. ARL 17477 inhibits GC by binding reversibly to the enzyme's active site, preventing the conversion of GTP to cGMP, which is required for cell proliferation. ARL 17477 also inhibits magnesium-dependent polymerase chain reaction (PCR), leading to decreased levels of DNA synthesis, cell proliferation, and tissue staining.Formule :C20H20ClN3S•(HCl)2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :369.91 g/mol
