CAS :<p>Tert-Butyl 3-(3-aminophenyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate (tBAP) is a chemical compound that is used as an analytical reagent to identify the presence of group P2 phosphonates. This reagent can be used in a variety of applications, such as detection of transfer reactions in DNA and protein synthesis, or potential biomarkers for fetal bovine serum. Tert-Butyl 3-(3-aminophenyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate has been shown to have neurotoxic effects in vivo and in vitro.
