AMG-51
CAS :
AMG-51 is a synthetic, pegylated, recombinant human monoclonal antibody that binds to the CD20 antigen on the surface of B lymphocytes. It is used for the treatment of certain types of cancers and chronic viral hepatitis. AMG-51 does not crossreact with other antigens and has no effect on normal B cells. This drug has been shown to have diagnostic value in detecting mononuclear cells in hypersplenism and dilemmas associated with thrombocytopenia. AMG-51 also has immunosuppressive effects by inhibiting the proliferation of T cells and macrophages, which may be due to its insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) activity.
Formule :C34H33F2N5O5Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :629.65 g/mol
