CAS :<p>Reticuline hydrochloride is a racemic mixture of enantiomers. It is a crystalline solid that has a melting point of 222°C. Reticuline hydrochloride is an alkaloid derived from thebaine and other opium alkaloids. It is found in the plants, Mandragora officinarum and Berberis aristata. The drug has been shown to have analgesic, antitussive, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic properties.
