CAS :Produit contrôlé
2,3,4,5-Tetrahydro-7-methoxy-4-methyl-1,4-benzothiazepine (TMBS) is a natural compound that has been shown to be active against Actinomyces in vitro. TMBS inhibits the calcium release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum by binding to the ryanodine receptor. TMBS also exhibits cytotoxic activity against human cells and can induce cell death by apoptosis. TMBS has no effect on organisms without ryanodine receptors and is only active against Actinomyces when used as a monomer. Comparative studies show that TMBS was more effective than other analogs such as 2,3,4,5-tetrahydrobenzo(b)thiophene and 2-[2-(3H)-dioxo-1,2,3,-benzoxadiazol-4(5H)-yl]p
Formule :C11H15NOSDegré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :209.31 g/mol
