Decahydro-1,5-naphthyridine
CAS :
Decahydro-1,5-naphthyridine (DNH) is a colorless crystalline compound with a melting point of 153 °C. It is a chiral compound that can be synthesized by reacting copper with naphthalene in the presence of an oxidant. The reaction product is soluble in organic solvents and can be purified by recrystallization. DNH has been used as a reagent to study the conformational properties of ketones, in which its stereoselectivity is evident. Compounds containing DNH are also trackable via nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
Formule :C8H16N2Degré de pureté :Min. 95%Masse moléculaire :140.23 g/mol
