
Tyrosinase
La tyrosinase est une enzyme impliquée dans la synthèse de la mélanine, le pigment responsable de la couleur de la peau, des cheveux et des yeux. La tyrosinase catalyse l'oxydation de la tyrosine en DOPA puis en DOPAquinone, conduisant à la formation de mélanine.
