<p>Applications Propoxur is a non-systematic carbamate insecticide. Propoxur is used against a wide range of insects such as fleas, mosquitoes, ants, gypsy moths, and other agricultural pests. Propoxur functions by reversibly inactivating the enzyme acetylcholinesterase in insects.
