1-(2-Methylprop-2-en-1-yl)piperidin-4-amine
CAS :1-(2-Methylprop-2-en-1-yl)piperidin-4-amine is an inhibitor that blocks the activity of ion channels. It is a competitive antagonist at the NMDA receptor and has been shown to inhibit the binding of glutamate, which is a neurotransmitter involved in synaptic transmission. 1-(2-Methylprop-2-en-1-yl)piperidin-4-amine also inhibits β 2 -adrenergic receptors and has been shown to be a potent activator of G protein coupled receptors.
