CAS :D-Leucine-d10-N-Fmoc is a cox-2 inhibitor that inhibits the activity of cyclooxygenase enzymes, which are involved in the formation of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid. It has been shown to have an anticancer effect against cells in culture and also inhibits the growth of tumors in mice. D-Leucine-d10-N-Fmoc is a molecule with a structure similar to celecoxib, a selective COX 2 inhibitor that is currently used for treatment of arthritis.
