Cholesterol-d6
CAS :Produit contrôléApplications Cholesterol-d6 has been used in safe procedures to measure the percentage of cholesterol absorption, based on that of D. B. Zilversmit (1972), by using Cholesterol-d6 as a stable nonradioactive isotopic tracer of cholesterol that was administered orally into normal individuals to facilitate clinical investigation.

CAS :Produit contrôléApplications N-Acetyl-cys(1)-calcitonin Salmon is a derivative of Calcitonin (salmon), is a 32-amino acid linear polypeptide hormone that is produced in thyroid in humans. It acts to reduce blood calcium (Ca2+), opposing the effects of parathyroid hormone (PTH).

Insulin Porcine is a two chain, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 51 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 5777 Dalton. The a and b chains are joined by two interchain disulfide bonds with the a chain containing an intrachain disulfide bond. Insulin regulates the cellular uptake, utilization, and storage of glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids and inhibits the breakdown of glycogen, protein, and fat.

CAS :Erythropoietin is a hormone that stimulates the production of red blood cells, and is used for patients with anemia. It is a recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) that has been produced by genetic engineering. Erythropoietin binds to receptors on the surface of many types of cells, including those in the bone marrow. This binding stimulates the production of red blood cells from precursor cells in the bone marrow, and increases oxygen-carrying capacity in blood. The half-life of erythropoietin is approximately 36 hours. This drug also can be used to reduce high blood pressure and improve responsiveness to other drugs that are given intravenously. Erythropoietin can cause an increase in asialoglycoprotein levels in serum, which may be due to its effects on hepatocytes or erythrocytes.Degré de pureté :(Capillary Zone Electrophoresis) Min. 98.0%GH2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (His)
