
Phosphates et Phosphonates Organiques
Les phosphates organiques sont des composés contenant un groupe phosphate (-PO₄) lié à un atome de carbone dans une structure organique, généralement en combinaison avec des alcools, des acides ou des amines. Ces composés sont utilisés dans la formulation des API pour améliorer la solubilité, la stabilité et la biodisponibilité des principes actifs. Les phosphates organiques jouent également un rôle dans la libération contrôlée des médicaments et dans l'amélioration de l'absorption de certains traitements.
Les phosphonates organiques contiennent un groupe phosphonate (-PO₃H₂) dans lequel l'atome de phosphore est lié à un atome de carbone et à deux groupes oxygène. Ces composés ont des propriétés pharmacologiques importantes, notamment dans l'inhibition des enzymes et la modulation des processus biochimiques.
