Description

This kit contains everything necessary to perform an ELISA, with the exception of stop solution. Buffers and solutions in assay should not contain Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), therefore this kit can be used with bovine targets. Can be used with bovine IgG, IgG1, IgG2, IgA, IgM, Albumin, Transferrin, Lactoferrin, Alpha Lactalbumin, Beta Lactoglobulin and Goat IgG and IgM.0.18 M H2SO4 is needed to stop the enzyme substrate reaction but is not included in this kit. We provide this stop solution as 95R-112.Microtiter Plate C bottom well, 10 x 96 well platesStore at room temperature in an area free from dust or debris.
ELISA Coating Buffer Carbonate-bicarbonate buffer capsules.Store at room temperature for up to one year.
ELISA Wash Solution 50 mM Tris buffered saline, pH 8.0, 0.05% Tween20.Store between 2 - 30 °C for up to one year.
ELISA Blocking Buffer 50 mM Tris buffered saline, pH 8.0, 0.05% Tween20.Store between 2 - 30 °C for up to one year.
Enzyme Substrate TMB One Component HRP Microwell Substrate.Store bottles between 2 - 8 °C for up to one year.
