The Mouse IL10 ELISA kit is a high-quality immunoassay tool used for the detection and quantification of mouse Interleukin-10 (IL-10) in biological samples. This kit includes a microtiter plate coated with a specific antibody against mouse IL-10, as well as all the necessary reagents and buffers for performing the assay.
The principle behind this ELISA kit is based on the sandwich immunoassay technique. The monoclonal antibody coated on the microtiter plate specifically captures mouse IL-10 present in the sample. After washing away unbound substances, a biotinylated detection antibody is added, which binds to the captured IL-10. This step is followed by the addition of streptavidin-conjugated phosphatase, which forms a complex with the biotinylated antibody. Finally, a substrate solution is added, resulting in a color change that can be measured using an electrode or spectrophotometer.
