Description :LAT antibody is an antigen that specifically targets the oncostatin M receptor (OSMR) and inhibits its activity. OSMR is a transmembrane receptor that is expressed on various cell types, including liver microsomes. LAT antibody has been shown to block the interaction between OSMR and its ligand, oncostatin M, thereby preventing downstream signaling events. This antibody has also been demonstrated to inhibit the activation of β-catenin, a key component of the Wnt signaling pathway. In addition to its role in cancer research, LAT antibody is widely used in life sciences for immunohistochemistry and western blotting applications. It is available as both polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies and can be used in combination with other inhibitors or tyrosine kinase inhibitors for more comprehensive studies.
