Description :The AMPD2 antibody is a monoclonal antibody that specifically targets the human serum-activated form of AMPD2. This antibody binds to AMPD2, which is an enzyme involved in the metabolism of adenosine monophosphate (AMP). Autoantibodies against AMPD2 have been found in individuals with certain autoimmune disorders. This antibody can be used in Life Sciences research as a test substance to study the role of AMPD2 in various cellular processes. Additionally, the AMPD2 antibody has been shown to inhibit the activity of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP), which is an inflammatory marker. Furthermore, this antibody has also been found to modulate the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinases, suggesting its potential use in pluripotent cell research.
