Description :
3-Octanol is an analog of ganoderma lucidum that has been shown to inhibit endpoints in a test system. It has been observed that the phase transition temperature of 3-octanol is higher than that of ganoderma lucidum. 3-Octanol has also been shown to be soluble in ethyl decanoate and hydroxy group, whereas ganoderma lucidum is not soluble in these solvents. The fatty acid content of 3-octanol is lower than that of ganoderma lucidum. The polymer film formed by 3-octanol with constant pressure was found to have a lower melting point than the polymer film formed by ganoderma lucidum with constant pressure.
