Description :
1-Methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole is a compound that affects the blood pressure through its ability to block the soluble guanylate cyclase, which is responsible for the conversion of GTP to cGMP. This drug has been shown to be effective in treating cancer and degenerative diseases. 1-Methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole also binds to histone H3 and inhibits the synthesis of DNA and protein. This drug can cause long term treatment because it can inhibit mitochondrial functions.
