Description

Amidithion is a chemotherapy drug that has antiviral, antiparasitic, and natural antibiotic properties. It is a synthetic chemical compound with a molecular weight of 202.3 and the CAS number 919-76-6. Amidithion can be used to treat microorganisms and has been shown to have some effect on fungi, bacteria, and viruses. This drug was first synthesized in the 1940s and was originally used as an insecticide. Amidithion is also known by its brand name Methomyl.
