Description :
1-Thia-4-azaspiro[4.5]decane hydrochloride is a synthetic compound that has been shown to inhibit the activity of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) in lung cancer cells. 1-Thia-4-azaspiro[4.5]decane hydrochloride also blocks the production of proteins that are necessary for cell division, leading to cell death.
