Informations sur le produit
2-(Bromomethyl)-2-butylhexanoic acid is a platelet aggregation inhibitor that blocks the binding of fibrinogen to GPIIb/IIIa receptors. It has been shown to be safe and well tolerated in humans, and is currently undergoing clinical trials for the treatment of thrombotic disorders. 2-(Bromomethyl)-2-butylhexanoic acid has been shown to inhibit the activation of platelets by preventing their binding to GPIIb/IIIa receptors on the surface of activated platelets. This drug also inhibits blood coagulation by preventing the conversion of prothrombin into thrombin, which is necessary for the formation of fibrin clots. 2-(Bromomethyl)-2-butylhexanoic acid has been shown to be a lead compound that can be used as an anti-coagulant in hemostasis.
