Description :MS1943 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the HER2 receptor and inhibits the growth of breast cancer cells. MS1943 is currently in clinical trials for its potential use as a biomarker in patients with HER2+ breast cancer. It also binds to both the extracellular domain of the HER2 receptor and the intracellular domain of the HER2 receptor.
