Description :BMS-202 is a chemical inhibitor that inhibits the activity of enzymes involved in cellular energy metabolism, such as PD-L1 and epidermal growth factor receptor. It also has antiangiogenic properties and potent antitumor activity. BMS-202 binds to these proteins with high affinity and specificity and prevents the activation of these proteins, leading to cell death. BMS-202 has been shown to have significant cytotoxicity in liver cells, which may be due to its inhibition of mitochondrial energy metabolism. The use of this drug has been studied in a pharmacokinetics study on rats. Histological analysis showed that BMS-202 caused tissue damage in the liver microenvironment with areas of necrosis.
