• Description: MGAT2-IN-1 is a peptide research tool that activates the MGAT2 receptor. It has been shown to inhibit the binding of L-Lysine to the MGAT2 receptor with an IC50 value of 2.5 µM. This peptide also inhibits the binding of GABA to the GABA A receptor with an IC50 value of 3 µM. MGAT2-IN-1 has been shown to bind to a number of different receptors, including muscarinic acetylcholine receptors and nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, as well as opioid receptors.
