Informations sur le produit
2,3,4-Trimethylaniline is a pyridine compound used as a pharmaceutical drug. It is an anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant agent that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. 2,3,4-Trimethylaniline blocks the activity of tyrosine kinase, an enzyme responsible for the transmission of signals from outside the cell to inside the cell. This prevents T cells from attacking other cells and reduces inflammation. 2,3,4-Trimethylaniline also inhibits fatty acid synthase in the liver. This helps to reduce production of arachidonic acid and eicosanoids (prostaglandins), which are inflammatory mediators. In addition, 2,3,4-Trimethylaniline can act as a nitro organic molecule that inhibits bacterial growth by blocking DNA replication and protein synthesis.
